What the Yankee?

Hi everyone :]

Thank goodness it's Friday! This feels like the longest week, EVER.

I'm so tired tonight, I can't even concentrate on the TV so thought I'd just have a look at a few websites, read some blogs and enjoy a nice coffee.

I was just looking at my blog updates and saw that Coleyyyful had just blogged about the most AMAZING lip balm. I need this in my life, so I bought one!

Oooooh yes, your eyes are not mistaken. This IS a Yankee Candle Lip Balm!
They come in a variety of scents  but I thought i'd try this as I thought the cookie and cakes ones may be a little too sweet for my liking. You can buy them for £3.99 on eBay here.

Primark haul

Hi :]

I hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather we've had the past few days?

So today I went on a mission to buy lots of nice work clothes, but ended up only buying from Primark.

So, I bought....

Black shirt with peter pan collar £6.00

All £4.00 each. I bought the mint and peach shirts on another visit but picked up a white in a smaller size today. Note: They're very oversized!

Floral sequin shoes £6.00

White with pink lining & bows £6.00

Leopard print with black bows £5.00

Patent black belt with white & gold bow £2.00



Hair rollers x 8 per pack for £1.00 each



Hair bow clip £1.00

Wired floral hairband reduced to £1.00

Hairbands £1.00 & flannels x 3 £1.50 for the gym

I'm also changing my hair routine (to try and save it) so thought once a week I'll try this to help...

Turn that frown upside down

Hi everyone

Today has been such a rubbish day for various reasons but after going to the gym, having a slightly naughty dinner and finally chilling (shortly with a coffee)... I thought i'd share a couple of things that have put a little smile back on my face :]

It's not something I would normally listen to but I have to listen to this song every day at the moment. Love it!

The new Barry M nail paints in 'Nude' and 'Cappucino', available online now or Boots and Superdrug in June. I also love their new glitters, so check those out too!

FINALLY...

Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter. This video made me smile and giggle so much 'cause her little girl is soooo cute! It really was what I needed tonight :]

A bit of a spring clean....

Hi everyone :]

As you may have noticed, I've had a bit of a spring clean... or just a tidy up of this little blog.

The weight loss, fitness and recipes were not enough to post about so thought I'd change it slightly so now, this is just a little place where I can share cute pictures, news and just general chit chat type stuff!

I will try to blog on a daily basis and try and do monthly giveaways once I reach a certain amount of subscribers!

Let's see how it goes, eh?

Also, I've opened the comments up to those who don't have a blogger account so now anyone should be able to comment :] woo!
